*Coolant flush and replacement is included as needed (typically at years 5, 10, etc.) when the generator has received uninterrupted annual maintenance from H.E.R. for at least four consecutive years.

Automatic Annual Service
We’ll automatically schedule preventive maintenance for your generator once every 12 months to keep it running reliably. If your generator is expected to reach 200 run hours before the year is up, we’ll schedule service sooner.
No Enrollment Fees
There is no additional charge to enroll in automatic maintenance scheduling. You only pay for the maintenance visit when it is performed.
The program is optional and non-binding. You may cancel at any time before a scheduled service is completed to avoid charges.
You’ll receive advance notice of your scheduled visit by text and/or email using the contact information you provide.
Simple Scheduling
Service is scheduled automatically each year around the anniversary of your last maintenance visit.
You’ll be notified in advance, and you do not need to be home for us to perform generator maintenance.
Priority Service
Customers enrolled in automatic scheduling receive priority service during emergencies or extended outages. During these times, service availability may be limited for customers who are not enrolled.

24/7 Generator MONITORING
What is 24/7 Generator Monitoring?
24/7 generator monitoring is a remote system that continuously tracks the status, performance, and health of your standby generator. It alerts both you and our service team of any issues—such as low battery, missed exercise cycles, or faults—before they turn into problems.
Important Notes:
- Monitoring is only available for Generac Standby Generators
- Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported (not 5 GHz).
- A strong and stable signal near the generator location is important for consistent monitoring.
- If the generator is too far from the router, a Wi-Fi range extender may be needed.
- Cellular Monitoring Modules are available for an additional fee. See pricing below.
When is generator Monitoring Active?
Generator monitoring is always on, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system begins working as soon as your generator is installed and connected to the generator monitoring service. Renewing your generator monitoring subscription every year means we're keeping a constant eye on your unit even when you're not home.
